Yes, I'm the one who wanted snow. I am NOT the one who wanted ice. Internet is down. I popped into work and am letting you know so don't worry if you don't hear from me. We have power, just not internet. Bah. One of the bad things about living in the country… Oh, well. The good outweigh the bad. See you when I can!

  1. I’ve been wondering about all of my northern bloggers with the storms I keep hearing about… better to lose internet than to lose power!!!

  2. We had power but lost the internet, too. Turns out the kids just messed with something on the PC and so for 8 hours, I paced my house a little freaked. This is probably a bad sign of my festering addiction!

  3. So sorry you’re all in ice! I’ve been thinking so much about it– and people without power, some without heat. I wish I could send some Colorado sun. Take care.

  4. Back on the farm, we would get snowed in for up to a week. We heated and cooked with wood so it wasn’t too bad, but when the power went out we had to do the milking by hand, and that is a giant pain in the A$$

  5. Well, stay safe! We dodged the big ice bullet this week (thank heavens) and now we’re getting snow. Tripper is ecstatic, because snow is for playing!!!

  6. Hello Sue, I’ve been going through the same thing with my computer. It’s been down an awful lot due to the weather. It’s been just as bad in my area (weather wise) too.
